Our non-athlete clients are equally diverse, with about 50% seeking weight loss as their goal. The other 50% encompasses individuals with various concerns, such as gastrointestinal health, energy enhancement, and other health concerns.

Once you’ve covered the introductions, Phena will dive into gathering background information that’s relevant to your journey. This phase is a combination of you sharing pertinent points from your perspective and Phena asking targeted questions to shape the plan she’ll create later on.

During this stage, Phena primarily listens to you.

While each client’s situation is unique, this part of the consultation often focuses on:

At Elevate Nutrition and Performance, Phena understands that each client is unique in their knowledge and goals. While we typically provide an educational aspect to our consultations, it’s not always necessary. Many clients already possess a solid understanding of their specific areas of interest and seek either accountability or an outside perspective. Alternatively, some individuals prefer to skip the educational component and focus directly on creating a plan.

There is no right or wrong approach here. If you’re interested in education, we are more than happy to provide it. However, if you have no interest in that aspect, we can omit it from the session.

Your Personalised Plan

The next step is to develop a personalised plan based on all the information gathered. Some elements of the plan may be formulated during the session with your active participation. However, in most cases, we will dedicate time after the session to craft the plan thoroughly. You can expect to receive the finalised plan within 2 business days.

Please note that the specific type of plan you receive will be based on your preferences and what will benefit you the most. During the session, we can discuss and determine the best options for your needs, and there can be overlaps between the available options. You don’t need to decide on a specific plan beforehand; it will be addressed and tailored during our session together.
