In the fast-paced world of teaching, stress was a constant companion, taking a toll on both my mental and physical well-being. But recognizing the need for transformation, I made a bold decision to leave my teaching career behind and embrace a new role as a skin and beauty therapist. This shift not only brought me immense joy but also taught me the importance of self-care and inner beauty.

Staring into the mirror, I couldn’t help but feel disconnected from the vibrant person I once knew. Unpredictable weight fluctuations and a lack of self-confidence became all too familiar. It was a pivotal moment—a realisation that change was necessary for my well-being.

As a mother facing the challenges of gestational diabetes and postpartum weight gain, I embarked on a journey to find nourishment for myself and my babies. Despite struggling with various “clean eating” approaches, it was the keto and low-carb lifestyle that truly transformed my health. Not only did it satisfy my foodie cravings, but it also led to sustainable weight loss and a newfound sense of vitality.

Today, as a Nutritionist specialising in Sports Nutrition and Holistic well-being, I continue to follow a predominantly low-carb diet. However, my approach to nutrition is far from one-size-fits-all.

I understand that we all have unique preferences and dietary needs. Whether you’re vegan, low-carb, high-carb, or somewhere in between, my goal is to work with you to optimise your nutrition based on strong scientific evidence and what aligns with your individual likes and dislikes.
